In the realm of all things absolutely screwed up, Reuters repoted the victim of a suspected Tijuana gangland murder was wrapped up in Christmas tree wrapping paper when police found him in a Mexican wasteland last week.
The unidentified victim in his 40s had his eyes taped over with two bullet bounds and signs of torture and strangulation, according to the report.
A spokesman for the local attorney general told Reuters they weren’t ruling out a organized crime connection.
