In return for letting them keep the name, they were allowed to use the song. The Iron & Wine version of the song was used for an M & M's commercial, as well. Sure, white boards amuse me, and the guy's kind of funny, but I don't know how I feel about the concept that we as consumers need things spelled out to us. I don't know. But the comments he makes just as the commercial's fading usually amuse me. And I did notice that about the song.
